Best shopping cart cover?

Which brand has the best, also at what age did you quit using it?

I use an Infantino black and white paisley one.  We love it and will continue using it well into his first year.

I have a floppy seat brand, and I still use it with my 10 month old son.  I would say you could use it well into toddlerhood.
