Best tampons for dancers?

For some reason, this year my period always comes on some dance event. However, I don't like the tampons I've been using. Usually I have a medium flow. I haven't tried playtex. I've been stuck with tampax. They aren't too comfortable anymore. I feel them sometimes, espically when I lift my leg for something or arabesque.

playtex. and don't listen to who ever says they're dangerous. use playtex they are so comfy :) i'm a swimmer and they stay in PERFECTLY all meet/practices.

Tampons are very dangerous..... my best friend died from toxic shock... use o.b. those are o.k....when your done please take it out do not make it a habit of wearing them please..
