Best vacation destinations?

Question

I get a fair amount of vacation time, but I have little warning or choice in when I can take it... I'd like to have 3 or 4 planned options for each month (some can be repeats) so that I can make the best choice from a short list when I get told to take off.

I work in Saudi Arabia, so my options are slanted towards Europe, Africa, and Asia. As far as budget is concerned, I love bargains, but $400 (+/-) per day would be fine.

I have stayed in some privately owned suites in Miami....Very nice!  The suites have a view of Biscayne bay, a full kitchen and laundry.  i would recommend staying here.  check out http://www.luxurysuitesmiami.com
