Be their companion give them as much time as u can give...doing all odd jobs ,and finishing the daily course for them can be done by any paid servant but it is the time and attention you will give them will make them more happy  and contended with  life .At this age they just need someone to be with them and care for them.

Do what they tell you to and give them pleasant surprises! Also, try to get good grades at school because most parents love their child coming home with 'good news!'
