Best website to get a car?

Question

what are some websites to get good cars for a low price, or some that advertise cars that the owners are selling

When I say low price I mean like under $8,000.

Oh I live in PA if that helps.

Make sure you go to Carfax.com and KBB.com (Kelley Blue Book) before you purchase a car.  As for websites, definitely go to CarMax.com!! Hope you get a great car!

www.craigslist.com has lots of private seller. (your area.)

www.autotrader.com is a good place to look for cars from dealer and comparing price.

www.kbb.com - private party/trade in price are good tools for you when you negotiate with the seller.

In general, it seems new york citiy's' used car dealer seems to have lower price - maybe they can move their inventory fast... worth to take a look - most car are from used dealer auction for other state anyway.

Carmax can be pretty pricey in most cases.
