Bicycle decal remove?

hello, i have a bike a DEHON JACK, matte black, with some white logos on it, id like to remove those decal...i think they are over the paint, they are not stickers but maybe painted over the flat black..i dont think thay are aunder a clear coat because the finish is matte...do you know which solvent can i use for my purpose? thanks

Don't put solvent on it, it will dissolve the paint. The stickers may be under the clear-coat. You may have to sand off the decals and repaint the frame.

use a hairdryer on them and attempt to peel them slightly with a razor blade. if this doesn't work, then they are clearcoated over
