Also, getting the barrons regents book is really good since it shows you what you will need to know.

Get a practice book for this test, and keep studying your current biology textbook.

Buy yourself some regents books and go over past regents. New regents base questions with the same topic as the past regents.

http://jmap.org/ has the past regents. Study! Take some review classes probably offered by your school.
