When you take the pills does ur period stop, and do you still get cramps?

Nope. As long as you skip the last week and either take or don't take the sugar pills then you will get a period and possible cramps.

you get a "fake" period that lasts 3-4 days and cramps are pretty much non existant. A lot of girls go on BC just to reduce cramps
