Birthday Ideas for a DJ?

My fiance has been dj'ing at a bar for 6 years. His birthday is coming up and I want to do something for him but he will be dj'ing on his birthday. His bday falls on a Saturday so Im thinking of having a poker party at the house on Sunday. I need ideas for something I can do at the bar and some ideas for the poker party. We're saving for the wedding so I dont want to go all out but I want him to have a nice bday none the less. Thanks !

on his birthday, round up a bunch of his friends  and take them to the bar where he DJs, and kind of have a mini surprise party for him. I know its not that origanal, but its fun. Then when ever your going to have the poker party, maybe take him out for breakfast, and invite some of his close friends over, have drinks, maybe like little appetizers. Think of what he likes and use it 2 ur advantage

it's birthday not bday.  second of all you don't need a theme party at his age.  he's an adult.
