Blackberry Pearl Media Card?

Question

I am trying to put music and ring tones on to my Blackberry but it says i have to activate mass storage mode on it.I did but it still says that how do i put music and such on it?

Also.I got ring tones and put it on my desktop dragged it to the ring tone section but it looks like a folder and nothing is happening? Is that how its suppose to look

On your computer, go to desktop manager. On desktop manager, click on media manager. When you're there, go to the bottom half of the box (it's split in two) and on the far left, click on the line that shows your media card. Then on top, click the folder on the left hand list that contains your music & ringtones. Once the files appear on the upper box, click to "copy down" to the lower one. As soon as you disconnect your phone, they'll be there! Magic!! (I had the same problem). PS if your media manager doesn't load the Roxio Media Manager program, reinstall your Desktop Manager software.  I had to do this a couple times.
