Blackberry Pearl Navigation sys help?

I just bought Blkbrry pearl I thought It had the maps and directions installed already. But when I try to open this is shows only grey lines nothing else. Any help with issue please?

Do a hard reset. (Remove the Battery for 2 secs) If that does not work uninstall the application. Setting/Options>Advanced Options>Applications>Highlight BB Maps>Press Menu Key Delete.

Then visit this site via your Blackberry Browser.

Click on the BB Maps Download

Once the installation completes Hard reset the berry.
