Bleaching hair?????????????

Is hair foil necessary when you bleach hair or can you just bleach your hair normally like how you'd dye hair with the instructions?

no foil isn't needed.

but try the bleach on a small bit of your hair first to see how long you need to keep it in then do the rest.

No you absolutly dont need it..I had VERY VERY black hair..and achieved a natural Light blonde color Heres how....

1. I dyed all over with ColorSilk #05 Ultra Light Ash Blonde dye.

2. Came out a Light Orange-ISH brown color but soon, Went over it with Loreal Blonde Chunking Kit dye..lol I know its for chunks but my hair is medium so I had enough for color.

3. Now came out Blonde yellow ...Last I went ovver one last time with ColorSilk #60 Dark Ash Blonde ...Results were a NIIICE light blonde color w/out Brass Orange or Brown tones..lol
