Bleeding in the pool?

if you start bleeding in a pool with chlorine and some salt water will it show?

If you bleed on the pool table it's going to show, no matter how much chlorine and salt water you put on it.

Chances are no one will notices but if your flow is heavy there may be a tint of colour. To protect others and to be sanitary you should always wear a tampon.
