Blender attachment.

Question

I have the Ultimate Chopper and then ordered the blender. I never used the blender until this past November. In trying to attached the unit we discover it does not fit . the blender doesn't fit onto the unit. I sent an e mail to them twice and was told someone would be in touch with me with a response in 48 hours. That was last Nov. Are they still in business? Thanks. Bonnie
