Blocking 514-555-5555?

Question

For the past few hours I've recieved about 25 phone calls from this number, it's a widely known service that's causing a lot of trouble for just about everyone. I've logged into Comcast and blocked the number, as well as activated the screening service, but unfortunately this hasn't helped.

Thanks to Bush (ugh) banning the Do Not Call list, I can't even get my NEW phone number (literally two weeks old, and unknown by MANY people) blocked from all of these services.

What would you do?
