Blocking computer tracers.?

I know it's weird but my dads a cop and he had his friend trace my computer for myspace (dumb right??Anyway I got in trouble for having a profile.It didn't even have anything bad on it.How do I stop the tracer?

  1. Only way would be to log in each time by Via proxy server.

    Which would suck.
