Blown Microwave

My Microwave made a loud buzz noise the other day and nothing works on it at all. Just before it went...a radio plugged into the same outlet got louder and then back down just before it blew. Sounding like something was surging before the microwave blew. I have a Sharp Carousel cabinet mounted Model R-1461A.
