  2. Well depends on what look you're going for.Yes blue is cool for summer but def not in winter, it'll make people feel cold Also depends on colour of your eyes. Personally i prefer sapphire or a light crystyl blue because these are the most flattering.Green is also very in for me. Petiticularly a moss-kind of green. If you need to choose now, go for the green. Just as long as it's not flourescent green. Then you had can tone it up with a mix of green and dusty grey eye-shadow and lip-gloss...:-D
