Blurry pictures on my camera?

I have a Casio Exilim digital camera that I got a couple years ago. Its been a great camera and has given me no problems but just recently the pictures are coming out blurry with lines on them. When I look at the screen before taking the picture its clear but as soon as I take the picture it comes out blurry. Any suggestions?

Also, the lens is clean so its not that.

Does this camera have a removable memory card?  If so, change the card.  If not, take it to a camera shop to see if they can fix or exchange the internal memory card.
