Board game racist, yes/no?

Question

I have a rare board game called gangsternopoly, its a special edition of monoply that got banned, its a monoply square board with brothels, ghettos, crack houses, ect the counters are a ho, gun, rock of crack spliff ect.

i put it up for sale on ebay and i got told it was ill ofending and raciest ......what do you think?

Actually does it ever specify a race in the game?  If not, I would argue that the people calling it racist are racist themselves because they are automatically associating the gangster aspects of the game with a specific minority.

Monopoly puts out special editions, but there are other knock-offs out there.  Who made the game?

Colleges have the knock-off editions, I see them in the Atlanta area all the time.

That is interesting - maybe those that are against it are the true racists since they are linking  this board game and its titles with those from ethnic backgrounds.

i can see why they have said that but no i wouldnt say its racist its just they cant stop kids from buying it can they its probably more to do with giving the wrong impression than anything

How can they say this is racist? All the things you have mentioned aren't characteristic of one particular race are they? If people are offended by it the the answer is easy, you just click the back button!
