I have to make a boardgame about a community. Can you give me some ideas or good parts from a game?

Make a game about like things that happen in a community, like uh Uncle Stan has opened a new diner! You get shares or something.

You can have a Ghetto,trailer park,mall,churches,hospitals,local bars...and make it like the game of LIFE

Someones house burns down and you need to help them out. Give them 'eat at Stans free' cards.  You might have a flat tire and lose a turn while you're changing it. Over near Stans you help someone pick up a pile of packages they dropped and get extra community help points. JUST USE YOUR IMAGINATION :-)
