Question:

Bobbin won't wind

I just bought a brand new Kenmore 15358 Sewing Machine.  I got it out of the box, and went to wind a bobbin, and nothing happens.  When the clutch is engaged, the needle moves.  When it is not engaged, the motor whirs, but the bobbin spindle doesn't move.  I am so frustrated.
