Question:

Body weight exercises without equipment?

Well I don't have time to go to gym everyday, but I have 20-30 minutes to exercise. So I need some good suggestions for using my own body weight to gain muscle and weight. I am already having some routines, and I am doing it for a months now, and it consists of 8 different exercises like push-ups, then some heavier push-ups when I put my legs higher, basic crunch etc... but now I feel a need to change something as I may need some harder exercises etc... so does anyone knows some good body weight routine where I use my own body instead of equipment?

  1. How's about tricep dips off of a chair?

    Sit ups

    Put some books under your hands for the push ups to go deeper.

    Put some books under your feet to do push ups on a decline.

    You could do bicep curls/tricep presses while holding canned goods.

    Squats & lunges.
