Books to relearn stuff I forgot?

Looking to take the ACT in about 2 months, need to brush up on what I've forgotten (graduated 4 years ago). Thinking of getting The Real ACT Prep Guide, Algebra for dummies. AP Biology for dummies, and I need to get a basic english rule book. If you have any recommendations, I would be much obliged.

Need:

Science: Basic cell structures, types of species (insect, mammal, differences).

Math: Seeming to have trouble factoring problems, basic formula's, and .... lots of problems. x2+y2=7800. Need to memorize all those formula's.

English: Basic grammatical rules. Difference between to and too. Sentence forming.

I'm not retarded, school wasn't a priority. I can grasp onto these things easy, and I've relearned quite a few things again in the past week. I don't have the internet at my house so I need learning materials in paper form. Thanks!

  1. I definately recommend the "For Dummies" books, as for ACT the one you mention was the one I used and I loved it.

There are also several "Homework Helpers" books I have used in the past and "The Complete Idiots Guide To" books.

  2. i need help to!!
