Booster seats......?

Okay, so the law here says that you have to be 85 lbs. to not sit in a booster seat. I am 80 lbs. and I am almost 14. Don't you think that this law is a little ridiculous... or do you think that it should be followed no matter what the age is?

it is 85 lbs but it also goes on height but I am not sure what the height is.

I believe in CO it is 40 pounds or 6 years.

You need to read the entire law. There are height, weight and age stipulations.

In your situation you will be fine without a booster seat...................
