Boring Games?

Question

Theres a few crew that suggest sydney swans play a boring style of footy..

How so?

Theyre a hard team to tip for or against, you just never know..

Theyre a constant in the top eight for the last 5years and teams are made to play their style footy instead of their own..

Between the Hall saga and draws how is this boring..

Watching demons gettin smashed each week, now that makes me yawn!

I think the Swans play a boring game, As you said they make the opposition play their style, which is defensive minded and not the free flowing football which us norms like to watch. If you like watching Sydney thats fine but if some of us find them Boring, so be it, we are all entilited to our say. And for the record there is alot more than a few who think Sydney is a Boring team to watch.

Yesterday's game was great - Swans were tough & hard at the footy. Even though it was low scoring, that was one of the best games I've seen all year.

I find that since the swans are so fantastic at pressuring that it is exciting because the other teams always kick into trouble and you tackle a lot!!! How is this boring? I like it!

And how could you call the EAGLES vs SWANS GRANDFINALS BORING? I still find them exciting to watch and its been ages.

I find them boring to watch but its a tactic that works for them. They frustrate opposition teams.  You gotta admit though that scoring less than 10 goals is pretty boring.

my oppinion is they do play a boring game but a very succsesful version of a boring game

Thats just my opinion coz i like to watch high scoring affairs which doesnt happen that much with the swans

No, they do play a good brand of footy, but some people reckon the swans flood too much, which is what everybody does these days anyway.

Yeah, I agree they are boring.

All games lately have been boring. The only thing that has made some interesting, to a small extent, is the closeness of the scores - then again, most matches have winning margins of 10 goals or so.
