Bowling Ball Reaction Problems!!!!?

I REDRILLED MY BRUNSWICK ULTRA ZONE FOR MAX HOOK....EXCEPT THE d**n THING WILL NOT SNAP FOR ME LIKE I WANT IT TO.....I TRIED SANDING IT 2 600 GRIT BUT THAT DIDNT WORK STILL WEAK. I HAVE A TOURNAMENT COMING UP AND I KNOW THE LANES WILL BE SOAKED.....WHAT SHOULD I DO??

  1. I bowled with Brunswick/Quantum/Revolution/Elite/Moric... exclusive for over 26 years and have had the same thing happen to my Phantom, BVP Mammoth, Quantum, Teal Rhino Pro and Purple Monster.....  Supposedly had the #1L/1E drillings for maximum hook and early roll, but even that did not help, in addition to sanding the coverstock up.

    From now on, I just have my ball driller do my equipment up with the "RICO" drilling (see brunsnick.com) with pin in the palm.....  Best d**n performance I've ever gotten from any bowling ball I've owned!  It's now on my Elite, Morich and newer Brunswick equipment.....  If everything fails, I just go for maximum revs, slightly slower speed and more loft to escape the oil.....
