  1. by exercising. there is no quick way. getting stronger is hard work that takes time. do push-ups, pull-ups, sit-ups, air squats, air lunges, jump-rope run (long distance and sprints), swim, drills with the medicine ball, knees to elbows (hang from pull-up bar and bring your knees to your elbows), body rows, etc. if you have any more questions feel free to send me a message but use spell check first. I have a question for you... why specifically do you want your arms to be bigger? if its b/c you want to be able to punch harder then you should know the strength for punches doesn't come from your arms it comes from your midsection


  2. well if you want muscle to bulk up, then you should probably just use weights.  and pick a different sport.  

    in boxing stick to your training and the arm muscle will come.  if you want to add some small weights while you shadowbox you can, but the point in boxing isnt to build a lot of bulk....well unless you're a huge guy

  3. try shadow boxing with 15lbs weight in each hand, that brings speed and power to your punch, but yeah just because you have strong arm doesnt realy mean you'll punch harder, its about how you throw the punch, feet movement and hip rotation watch somne Ernie Shaver
