Boxing training?

Im 12 and i want to know some good training advice like sit ups and push ups what else can i do to get fit.

  1. (UFC & MMA recommended)

    get you a pair of dumbbells dosnt matter how heavy,get in pushup stance and do onne but when u are all the way up pull the dumbell to your bicep and then fully exstend your arm

    its called the T workout

  3. check out www.ehow.com and www.wikihow.com where   you can read articles about boxing  training. if you wanna be a  boxer you have to run, jump rope. also buy a punching and speed bags.
