Have music, lots of food, games and giveaways. People will just enjoy being together and celebrating! Make a special cake and icecream and sing happy b-day. At 14 you don't really need a big party just a small get together with food and games,.

like have a room to ur self and like turn on the music and you guys could start dancing to the song

like im 14 too so um. we turn off teh lights and my friends have a um.. disco ball and we turn it on and dance

a pool party too (well if you have a pool)

play truth or dare

or you guys could ask ur parents to go to like fun places!

The worst that could happen is everyone would be bored, so definetly have music to keep everyone in the mood for fun.  Try having board games, or video game challenges. Clear it with you parents, and order take out.
