  1. Don't express any milk and put cabbage leaves in your bra to dry up any milk that comes in.

  2. Don't express any and your body will get the point that you don't need it and stop making it. It won't go away for awhile AFTER you deliver though. It may take a little time.

But , Are you SURE you don't want to? Breast milk is SO much better then that formula c**p. I'm so happy that i can breastfeed cause some people can't.

But , It's your choice nobody elses.

  3. I've heard it's painful..but the best advice I can give is cold ice packs and tylenol (or some other pain reliever). If anything warm touches your b*****s and makes milk come out, it will only trigger more milk to be produced, which is a vicious cycle. So...brace yourself for some very large, hard, and painful b*****s for a couple of weeks, and it will go away! I am sorry you have to go through that. I am breastfeeding my second child, and with my first, we weaned very gradually, so my milk just kind of dwindled away with no problem when he was between 10 and 11 months old. Best of luck.

  4. it will stop in time!!
