b*****s hurt during your period...?

So there was a question about this before, asking why they hurt. I thought it was because of your period. True. Recently this lady i work with told me that usually they hurt before your period if you drink coffee regularly and eat a lot of chocolate.

I think its true because about a year ago i didn't drink coffee often. i do now and my breast hurt before my period. I dont like chocolate much so i dont know about that.

So is what she said true? To those whose b*****s hurt during and before pms do you drink coffee and eat a lot of chocolate?

I am not sure if I agree with this lady. I drank tea, had a little (not a lot) of chocolate and my b*****s were tender every time I had my period.

My own opinion is that we are all different and different foods/drinks affect us all in many ways. I feel that it is the hormone levels which cause the breast tenderness. Best wishes. UK
