I'm a bit active. I'm not totally lazy.

When I run a lot, I can't breathe and I start to cough a lot so I have to stop, so I don't play sports with lots of running. In gym running is going to comeing up and this will happen to me a lot. It happened in gym once already. I could barly breathe and I was coughing a lot, all the girls kept asking me what was wrong, but really I don't know.

  1. need to run more frequently,

your body is getting used to running

  2. you might have asthma...check it out

before you do that remember this though

1.drink water so you're not dehydrated [not too much because then you'll feel it move as you run]

2.its probably your body tellling you that you haven't ran in a while [a little out of shape]

3.breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth

4.make sure your mouth is not dry [if it is you tend to cough...i taught myself to run while chewing gum because my mouth is constantly circulating my salive so its moist]

  3. try running more each time. you are out of shape.

  4. you might just have the asthma that acts up when you exercise.  like you dont ever notice it til you start working out.

its what my mom and my dad have. and a couple ppl i know never need their inahler til they start exercising.

or your just more out of shape than you think.  the more likely answer.

  5. It's probably nothing. If you're not used to running, then your body has to get used to it. It's hard breathig the right way, but the right way in running is to breathe in through your nose and outt through your mouth and u have to be consistant about it too!

  6. I agree with snaggle.  But you also can be out of shape.  I would try to exercise a little more.

  7. go to a doctor to ask about it. or just get somemore excerzice. It's probly notin
