well if Roger Goodell reinstates him green bay is given 24 hours to respond.... my question is! is this scenario possible...

can the packers offer favre a contract that is really low so he declines it? this would mean Favre is holding out. Since he is holding out the packers dont have to pay him... he wont play... and best of all the vikings wont get is waivering ***!..... is tht possible? or am i talkin out my ***
