okay any one here know Brian Lawton

the hockey player from new jersey first something or another in canada, played for the Minnesota stars... well thats all i know about my uncle to.... he is my uncle me dad tells me stories about him but i havnt seen my three cousins from him... he doesn't like my dad for some reason... well if any one knows any thing about him i would love to know... all i know is he rode horses like i do he has three kids my cousins, his wife is rich or something he was born in New jersey i think thats were my dad is born but yeah thats it if you know any more please tell me i want to learn about him

He was a top draft choice when it was rare for American born players to be sought after. He may have been No. 1. I think he was a forward and had a reasonably good career, although nothing approaching a Sydney Crosby or Vincent LeCavelier. Does your dad root for the Philadelphia Flyers? No one likes Flyer fans. Take it upon yourself to get to know him and his family. Hockey players are usually very good people.

He was an AWESOME player

only high school draftee & he was the 1st pick in 1983

it's just he wasnt good enough to compete at the NHL level
