oooh don't get me started!! I use to work for them in a call centre! All they care about is promoting and selling! I'm working there, trying to give good service and trying to help people! I know they have the most expensive product by a mile! clients ring, angry about bills (even crying old ladies i swear) and all my team leader could say was "promote" and "sell"! That's the measure they use to see how good you are. I was eventually sacked for refusing to promote their c**p.

i was asked to be one of there tiop engieneers but i refused to work for them they are that bad

lol they once sent this woman in my area a gas bill every quarter. fine you might think. only this womans house was run solely on electric. british gas wouldnt have it and insisted she owed thousands of pounds. she had to take them to court and everything to get them to back off. she didnt even have a gas meter! how screwed up is that?!

I am at my wits end with them.They have to be the worst and most inefficient company in the world!

Nothing good at all. I'm a duel fuel (fool?) customer and it took them 9 months to send me my first gas bill, even then I had to tell them.
