Broken pixels?

i just hit my tv with the remote and huge verticl and horizontal lines of broken pixels have appeared taking up about 2/3 of the screen anyone know how to fix them

If its LCD or PLASMA it is broken.

you will need a new panel, but probably cheaper for a new TV.

If its a CRT, then I am surprised the remote didn't explode and the TV work perfectly.

Sorry, but you cracked the panel.  You can try to find someone to replace it but it would most likely be cheaper to buy a new tv.
