Browser keeps denying security websites

Question

On my father's computer, his website browsers(IE7,FF) deny him to access security websites(https) because their certificate is "outdated" when it is obviously not. Any solution or causes to this?

Make sure the date, time and year are correct on you comp. If not, this can cause cert. problems.
