  1. Bryophyllum

genus of African and Madagascan plants in the family Crassulaceae. Contain bufadienolide, cardiac glycosides; causes dyspnea, diarrhea, cardiomyopathy. Includes B. daigremontium, B. daigremontium × B. tubiflorum, B. fedtschenkoi, B. proliferum. Called also Kalanchoe.

    Bryophyllum pinnatum

    B. calycinum, Cotyledon pinnata, live-leaf-of-resurrection plant.

    Bryophyllum tubiflorum

    B. delagoense (and its hybrid with B. daigremontianum). Called also mother-of-millions.

  2. Bryophyllum is a pretty broad designation.  It doesn't refer to only one plant.  Look up Crassulaceae in wikipedia.  That's the family bryophyllum are in.  Depending on who you ask, the bryophyllum are either a genus of the Crassulaceae family, or a subsection of the Kalanchoe genus.  Some plant biologists will even call Kalanchoe synonymous with Bryophyllum.  So the two places I would start are either the Crassulaceae page in wikipedia, or the Kalanchoe page in wikipedia.

UPDATE:  The species that you're looking for has lots of different names.  The common name is the chandelier plant.  Here's the wikipedia page:

This should give you a good place to start.
