Buffalo wild wings deep fried?

Are the boneless or regular wings and BW3's deepfried?

boneless and regular are deep fried. if you like them moist, get the sauce on them, if not, get the sauce on the side. either way they are fried though.

the sauce is put on AFTER they're cooked though. it's spun in it, and it's not cooked again after that. so it's not like extra crispy or anything. you can request they do that though.

That's the key!   Order the sauce on the side, that way they stay crispy.

Yup...all of them. I make them all the time. I also make a baked version , you know so I won't feel so guilty but trust me there's no compassion to the deep fried wings.
