Buisness owners... I have an idea?

Question

ok so i proposed an idea to bonnebell Lip Gloss company.

and the lady told me i could send my idea to the marketing manager,but she dosent know if i will get paid anything..

is this right..

will i get paid at least a couple thousand if they accept my idea and know its going to sell
