Bump down there?Help me please?

K well,i have this bump down there and it's only getting bigger.It's kinda white and it's alomst as big as a penny.What should i do.

P.S,i think this is sad to say but im not even 13 yet and i have this.

My mom has had it and my sister had it last week.She popped it..Yea i know,gross..

Cysts, Boils, pimple, or wart.

Yeah I get those too. I forget what they're called but it's nothing serious. At all. Try not to touch it it'll go away on its own.
