Burglary and theft please help!!!

well i know someone who broke into this house to get food and they are charging him with sooo much more like $500 dollars and stolin jewelry now this is his first time getting into any type of trouble with the law can he be sentenced to probation the charges now are altogether 3 felony's 2 felony 2's for burlgary and 1 felony 5 for theft will he be able to be put on probation and also he has been in rehab to help himself and he also has a job now will that help his chances??? PLEASE HELP!!!!

You don't know if he stole the jewelry or not. You cant trust a addict and maybe you should consider that there is somebody else out there for you.

Tell your boyfriend to stop breaking into houses and stealing.  Maybe he won't get arrested.

Tell your friend to stop stealing sh**! He can get food for free from certain organizations. They are in almost every bigger city. Usually you will have to stick your tail in between your legs and just do it and go to a place like that. A theft is a theft no matter what it is. its a felony if he breaks an entering and then steals stuff. That's like several charges, breaking an entering, burglary, and trespassing. Basically its his word against the people he stole from.
