Burner Device Options Not Showing

I got a problem in relating to The DVD Burning.I've gopt the clips shown that's ready to be writed onto the DVD disc, But the problem I'm having is, when I click next to choose the Burner Devices, when i click on the arrow to choose the Burner device, It doesn't appear on there, I have a DVD burner installed, What's happened?
