Hi, I have just started running again, i am taking it easy and have got myself some good shoes, however when I am running my calves burn and when I stop they really burn, is there a direct cause for this and any way to prevent this, i do stretch half way through my run and when I finish, I am quite a lot heavier then the last time i ran, but am now determined to get back to a good level, i just dont want to cuse further injury
