Buying a 1976 Porsche 912e?

For $9500? Does it sound like a good deal? How does the car drive?

a 76 like c**p. A kia rio would drive faster and better than a 1976 stock porsche so if you ask me. You would have much more fun with a rio than that porsche, sure the porsche has the name but in performance for 9g's I would say NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO to buying it.

A 1976 with tight suspension and a good set of tires handles pretty well. Not a whole bunch of power under the hood, but you will get the sense of what a Porsche is all about. A 912E is light and fun to drive with less polar moment than the 911. A good example should bring that amount.

When the Kia Rio is on it's last leg (80,000 mile) and you need to get rid of it and have to pay a junk yard to take it, maybe it is worth the cost of scrap steel, the Porsche 912E will have maintained most or all of it's value.
