Buying a car in America

Question

Is it possible to buy a vehicle in the state of MA from a dealership without having a drivers license? I'm waiting to convert my foreign License and do not know how long this will take, I will only use the vehicle for driving half hour down a quiet road to get groceries and laundry while waiting for license

You should be able to. Some years ago, my mom purchased a car for me (I was 17 at the time and couldn't legally be listed on the loan) and she did not have a drivers license.

no u cant u can get some one else to buy it. OR u could stop b ing lazy and ride a bike :}

Most dealerships will not let you drive it off the lot without a license.  A foreign license should be fine.
