Buying a flashing light!?

I was walking through a spencer gifts the other day, and I saw one of those single red flashing lights near all the flashy things. I know it would be illegal to put this on my car... but I wonder if I could just buy this with a battery attached, and run through a crowd?

I was thinking of either just buying a siren to go along with it, or just screaming "WOOOWOOOWOOOWOOO!!!" As I ran through a crowd with it.

If you saw this, would you get out of the way?

I think i would get out of the way. if i saw that i would probably think you were crazy. it would be fun though.
