Buzzing and then no cold air

Question

My Weather King AC unit buzzes but the fan does not come on. I manually started the blades spinning and they spun strong after that. Unfortunately, the fan is not producing cold air and my house is 90 degrees when I go to sleep. Someone please help! I can see a dead snake in the corner where the motor is but I'm not sure if that means anything. Thanks in advance
