C & r license application question?

applied c&r and recieved a huge info packet from batf, looks like more paperwork but nothing that resmbles a license. new to this , is it just more paperwork to fill out for my license

C & R, Curios and Relics License.   The C&R allows you to purchase eligible firearms across state lines, transfer eligible weapons between licensed people, and order eligible weapons through the mail (UPS or FedEx). It is NOT a business license; it is purely for your own collecting activities.
